Shipping Information & Policies

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the U.S., U.S. territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We also offer international shipping.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Standard Shipping Flat Rate (ground shipping) — $4.99 — delivery time of 3-10 business days depending on your location.

Carrier is selected based on what gets your order to you fastest and most reliably for your location, from either USPS or UPS. Occasional delivery delays can happen once a package leaves our hands.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours. If you cannot locate tracking info, please email us at info@chewyvuittonstore.com
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Chewy Vuitton Store isn't responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any charges added during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged in Transit?
We're not able to cover items damaged or lost in shipping, but we're happy to help point you in the right direction. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and hold onto all original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is resolved.
Return Information & Policies
We want you and your pup to be happy with your order. If something's not quite right, we make the return process fast and easy. And, we are happy to offer free exchanges if you are needing a different size!

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

Please submit an inquiry using our Order Status form or email us at info@chewyvuittonstore.com. Please provide your order number.

We will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely with your receipt or packing slip and ship it to the address provided.
Exchanges
We want you to get the perfect fit. That's why we offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee, with a free exchange for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery - no exchange fee, though standard return shipping applies (see below). Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged — in that case, we'll email a prepaid return label at no cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method, including the purchase price and any sales tax paid. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
