Returns
We offer FREE exchanges, always! If your item doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.
To start an exchange, please submit a request below. We will issue you a return label, and once we receive your item we will mail you your new item.
Returns
If it's not quite right, we'll make the return easy. Unused, unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Choose store credit and we'll waive the $5 return shipping fee. Choose a refund to your original payment method and a $5 fee will be deducted to cover return shipping. You may also elect to purchase your own label.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we believe a customer is misusing our return policy or acting in bad faith.
To make sure your return is accepted, please check the following before you package it up:

The item must be unused, unworn, and free of dirt, hair, or odor

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or strong scent (perfume, smoke, etc.) can't be accepted

Please keep original packaging and include it if possible

If you're returning more than one order, package and label each one separately

Only send back Chewy Vuitton items. Anything else included in a return package will be discarded and won't be refunded
